Returning Players:  Must register online: Spordle My Account

Please ensure you read the following information in its entirety, and should you need clarification on anything indicated below, please do not hesitate to contact the registrar, Christine Thomas @ plmha.registrar@gmail.com.

Online Registration – If your child is a returning PLMHA player, YOU are responsible for completing the online registration for them. This MUST be done to begin your registration process. The link can be found on the ‘registration’ page of the PLMHA website.  Again, there are 3 payment options available this year: cash, cheque or etransfer.

***Note about etransfers*** If you are paying by etransfer, please send the payment to funhockey.plmha@gmail.com. No password is needed because we have set up auto deposit.

Registration/Payment Requirements – Just because you do the online registration, does not deem your child “registered”. Payment MUST be made before August 1st ,2026 to avoid the additional fee of $100/player. (Payment is defined as 50% minimum, of what is owed based on the invoice/receipt, with agreed upon arrangements (which includes postdated cheques) to have the balance paid by September 1st, OR payment in full.)

**Important Information – If payment or payment arrangements have not been made, before August

1st, the registration will be updated to include the $100 fee per player, with no exceptions. (Note – the

$100 fee only applies to existing PLMHA members registered in the previous season – anyone not registered last year or new this year is not subject to that fee)

If you are paying by cash or cheque, then you will be required to contact the registrar to make arrangements to get those payments in. If paying by cheque, we have in the past and will continue to accept postdated cheques, up to and including the 1st of September, but not past that date.  There will be an NSF fee of $50 charged for each cheque returned by the bank. If a cheque is returned by the bank, the family will have 7 days to pay the amount in full (the amount of the cheque plus the NSF fee), or the player will not be permitted on the ice until the full payment is received.

**Family Discount - The discount is for families with 3 or more children for which the 3rd and any additional children, thereafter, will receive a 50% discount on their basic registration. That discount will be applied to the youngest child(ren). All children must have the same residential address to be eligible.

**If you have a child that is new to the PLMHA, please email the registrar and he/she will provide you with the necessary information to get that player a Hockey Canada Profile to allow registration to happen**

If you require financial assistance, please send the registrar an email and they will try to provide you with information on how to obtain assistance. Please note though, that it will be the parent’s responsibility to make the arrangements with the appropriate organization because PLMHA will not do that on behalf of the family.

PLMHA will continue to cap the number of goalies in any given division, if required, and sometimes player registrations as well, in certain divisions, based on the number of teams anticipated, therefore it is important that everyone be made aware that registration is done on a first come first serve basis and your child may be placed on a waiting list with no guarantee of being able to play.

Fundraising Fees/ Tickets: The raffle tickets are $175 with prize payouts indicated on the tickets. The player’s name is to be put on the ticket as the ‘Seller’ because if one of their tickets is drawn, the player will receive $25. For those that choose to pay by etransfer, you will need to contact the registrar to make arrangements to get your tickets or you will not receive them until your child’s first ice time in September. They will not be mailed to you.

Socks: Again this year, every player will be given one pair of PLMHA hockey socks, at a conditioning session. Each player will be required to wear these socks for game play (no other socks will be permitted). If a player requires an additional pair, they can be purchased directly through the PLMHA Equipment Coordinator.

Registering for a Higher Level team – If your child tried out for a higher level team (i.e. Titans, Silver Seven, etc.) this spring, a $25 fee will be added to your child’s account and is due to be paid to the PLMHA prior to the season beginning.  This fee will show up as a “Higher Level Competitive Fee” in the amount of $25.  DO NOT SELECT THIS FEE IF YOU ARE TRYING OUT FOR A PLMHA REP B TEAM!

Again, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the registrar at plmha.registrar@gmail.com.
